Africa Race: “KAMAZ will be with us!”

GINAF team leading by De Roy family was one of the first who confirmed the participation in AFRICA Race with 5 trucks (3 trucks in race and 2 trucks in assistance). Certainly, in absence of strong competitors the Dutch team was considered as a unconditional favorite of this African marathon.

But on Friday 8 August we got the interesting information from KAMAZ team.

Semen Yakubov has announced the decision: KAMAZ is going to take part in both races - "AFRICA RACE" and "Dakar" in South America!

Now the manufacture forms two teams. In South America will go Chagin and Kabirov and in Africa - Yanborisov and Reshetnikov, but it is a preliminary solution.
However, this decision compels KAMAZ to search for additional Sponsors, because the main budget of the factory was approved only for South American "Dakar".
